She gets too nervous about anything she can think of. I actually got a call from her teacher last year about her shyness. She doesn't like to go to birthday parties, because of there being "too many kids"....Is prozac the only answer, or are there natural vitamins that really would help...I'd hate to have to put her on medicine, but I want my little girl back....what should i do?...she is nine....HELP!

I have started exercising and eating better. I sleep well and I get a full eight hours. I haven't been under much of any stress, yet I am tired all the time. Is there anyway I can boost my energy? Is there something I can take? (I am not interested in energy drinks or caffiene)

I went to the dentist with pain in my back molars, upper and lower for several months. He finally told me I needed two root canals. One upper and one lower. I continued to have pain in both teet for 4-6 weeks after the prcedure. I went back and he said my teeth needed to be ground down. He did that and there seem to be some relief but within a day the pain was back. I went back and he did another xray and after mouning and groaning over the pictures he announced there was another root in my upper and a possible hairline fracture in the lower. He had me come back and did another root canal on the upper molar and he charged me for anothe root canal. My lower molar seemed better so he suggested we leave it alone.
Do you think I should have to pay for the additional root canal? or the Hairline fracture? Shouldn't these things have shown up on the first Xrays and did he cause the Frature during that root canal? How do I know? Is this the practice of a good dentist?
I feel scammed.

I have a problem which makes it impossible for me to bend to tie laces or puch my knees back any further than 90 deg literally..
i have tried injections ( prolotherapy ) to strengthen lots of areas that have improved this but i still cant bend over and have noticed that it seems to have something to do with the illium as well as my stomach muscles which feel almost unstable ( easily moved )
I dont whether this problem is result of one thing or combination but i have noticed the stomach area down to the groin seems to be involved and that injections on lower joints ( knees , feet ) have enabled me to bend better .. though its is apparent like now when i bend i quite literally feel resistance / bulge in my stomach that folds heavily in just below the ribs.
The only time I notice or see improvement is when the injections cause this illica crest and hip area to rotate inwards towards my stomach , other than that i am not sure what to do , if any one has any suggestions i be grateful

i have had 2 biopsies, one inconclusive because they did not get liver sample, 2nd was conclusive and showed minimal scarring, i have not drank since 1978 and i try to eat foods that are not heavy in iron, etc...i have no jaundice and never have had...i also have a very high viral count.. i am healthy otherwise and just wonder if this disease will all of a sudden flare up or will i just die of old age without ever experiencing the ravages of liver failure?

Can you break up a prozac capsule and dissolve it in a drink? I am starting back on Prozac after being off it for awhile and want to gradually get myself back. I thought I read somewhere that you could dissolve it in orange juice and drink half of it so you don't get the whole dose.

My mother just home from a week in the hospital. She's getting up all through the night, to pee. Once, she peed on herself. She's never done that before. I'm trying to keep a close eye on her, because she's now on Oxygen & she likes to go outside & smoke (I can't stop her, I just have to watch like a hawk & make sure she doesn't go outside w/that oxygen on, that's why I'm watching her so close). I take her to the Dr. Tuesday, but I'd like to see if I could find out an answer now. Would the fluids, given to her in the hospital, cause her to urinate more often? If so, about how long will it be before all of that gets out of her system & she's back to normal (as far as how often she urinates?) Only serious answers, please. Thank you.

I've been smoking pot since I was 11 and I cant stop. Does diet coke help you get over drugs? I've been drinking diet coke and chewing orbit gum to help. So far it's working a little. But it might wear off soon. I'm scared and I dont want to die. I have so many issues that I might.
