If you are not willing to diet, then you are not going to lose any weight. There is no drugs that will magically melt off weight otherwise, everyone would be on it.
I suggest intense workouts and saunas. But mind you, the weight will not stay off.

25 kilos: you'll take at least 1 year to lose them.
A human being CANNOT consume more than 100W or so, therefore there is a limit to how fast yuo can lose weight.
Right now, I have a weight proble of about 30kilos. I don't expect to lose them before 3 years. (1kilo / month, approximately) After all it already took me about 3 years to gain that extra weight...

Drink a cup of coffee in the morning and water all day until dinner time. Then eat a salad and grilled chicken. More water until bed time. (eat lots of salad). If you get really hungry, try a diabetic lifesaver to give your mouth some flavor, then drink another bottle of water.

i was in a car accident. put me in a coma for about a week. lost 40 pounds. i don't recommend losing weight that way. many people claim they need to lose weight when they really don't. good luck.

there r some drugz ya can use.. ya can ask a pharmacist abt them.. and also ya can shock ur body by practising a new type of exercise.. ya can do a lot of running too, or climbing.
