Why would you want to do that? Prozac takes about 4 week to become effective anyway. If you need prozac, take the dose your doctor prescribed.
Anyway...here is what drugs.com says (and also the link)
"• Do not break, chew, or open an extended-release capsule. Swallow the pill whole. It is specially made to release medicine slowly in the body. Breaking the pill would cause too much of the drug to be released at one time. "
I don't know if yours is extended release or not, but Prozac, taken improperly, can cause serious psychological problems.
If you really want to "ease" into it... call your pharmacist or doctor.

RE:
Can you break up Prozac capsules?
Can you break up a prozac capsule and dissolve it in a drink? I am starting back on Prozac after being off it for awhile and want to gradually get myself back. I thought I read somewhere that you could dissolve it in orange juice and drink half of it so you don't get the whole dose.

What should I avoid while taking Prozac?
Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of Prozac.
Ask your doctor before taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for pain, arthritis, fever, or swelling. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), celecoxib (Celebrex), diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam, and others. Using an NSAID with Prozac may cause you to bruise or bleed easily.
This medication may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.

First dont disolve it in O.J. The acid level will neutralize the dosage, try useing milk instead. Second ask your physician that you think you dont need as much i meen the minimum dosage is i belive 10 mil. Honestly my sugestion is not to go on prozac if you dont feel you need that stong of a dosage try something a bit less potant. I know welbutrim is way less then that but its not for everyone just like paxil. But if all else fails yes you can break it up its not recomended but you still can do it

Yes I think you can do this. I heard a physician say so. I would take a whole dose every two days for week or so and then every day regularly.

The pharmacist would know the answer to this question. Next time you pick up your perscription, ask. If you need to know immediately, drop in or call.

Yes you can break them up providing they are not of the "time-release type". Never break open a "time release" medication of anytype.

That sounds like something you should talk to your Doctor about. Good luck.

In the tablet drug form, you may be able to grind it up but it's not totally dissolvable in liquids.

ask your dr to prescribe smaller tablets; I think they make them as small as 5 mg (maybe 10 mg is the smallest, not sure)
