I just heard about this stuff called Dual Action Cleanse that you take for 30 days. It's supposed to clean out your colon, which in turn detoxifies your whole body therefore giving you more energy. I think it's worth checking out.
Good luck.

Hi.
The WebMD has several articles on low energy. But I would avoid self diagnois. Go to a doctor in your condition does not improve. I find that my energy level is manageable just like my appetite or muscle strength - the more you exercise or eat, the more your body gets used to that level of activity. If you force yourself to workout at the gym every other day, get up at 7am daily, and read a book daily, your body will adjust to that level of activity. Make sure you are eating right and controlling your stress too. :-)
Link to WebMD included below.
Best wishes!

You may want to get a check up to make sure there are no underlying conditions. Like anemia, although if you are still going through puberty this would be pretty normal as your body may be going through a growth spurt. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids if you are eating right, and sleeping and are active you may simply be dehydrated.

Is it possible you have depression? It is more than just the problems in your life it could be a chemical imbalance.

You may have an underactive thyroid. If it continues, see a physician.
