I was in the military for 3 years...just enough time to lose myself...now I am back in the real world and I am finding it hard to be comfortable in my own skin. Has anyone been in this situation before? How do I overcome it?

and I haven't heard back from the doc. I peeked at the x-ray when I was transporting them to my doc's office. I saw spots in what looked to be my lung area....so..do you have any ideas on what it could be other than the obvious, cancer?

I have kind of bad allergies, and the doctor has seen my throat before but I don't know if he is any good because he usually doesn't look at my throat when I see him for allergies. I have had the bumps for years. They are not small, and they are red...I don't know if it's my allergies, if its normal, or if its time for a new doc. Thanks. I am not looking for a diagnosis, just is this normal? It is a tad bit sore, but this has been happening for years and dr. never said anything.

Go to Yahoo! and search for "bras cause cancer." You'll find plenty of information.

-Bras cut off circulation in the breasts, keeping toxins from naturally filtering out. Those toxins often cause... you guessed it! Breast cancer.

-Bras increase the temperature of breasts. A warmer environment encourages the growth of cancer cells.

Here's an excerpt:

"A recent study involving 4,700 women found that women who wear a bra more than 12 hours a day increased the risk of getting breast cancer by 21 times. Dr. Douglass notes ominously, "Women who wear a bra 24 hours a day are 125 times as likely to develop cancer as women who don't." In fact, the study found that women who never wore a bra had the same likelihood of getting breast cancer as men, which is rare."

Wearing a bra also causes the ligaments in your breasts to break down, which makes you sag more than if you didn't wear one to begin with. Is it worth your health to be stuck in an uncomfortable garment all day?

She has notified the state patrol and pharmacies, and the patient's insurance company. (The criminal also forged the provider's name on an authorization to use that drug over others) Does she need to apply for a new DEA number? Are there any other steps to take? The weird thing is that the drug is a non-schedule drug (antidepressant) and the provider has never seen the patient in any capacity.

Virtually all nutrition labels say "based on a 2000 calorie a day diet". But I've been wondering is 2000 calories the proper amount for a person to consume? Or is it just a mathmatical average? Should people be eating more or less?
I'm a fairly active and athletic person, so I know that I'm naturally going to need more calories than most people, but still I wonder, how much is really enough.

I have almost a full bottle of pill-form Amoxicillin 500mg that I received in November of 2004. Now, it's the weekend, and to try and fend off a possible infection, I want to start taking some antibiotics.

Can I take these pills, or do you think they've expired? There's no expiration date anywhere on the bottle, but I don't want to be risky. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am pretty sure I have Mittelsmirch. This is a German expression for the middle of the month in regards to your menstrual cycle. Its an awful pain in my side that travels down my leg and into my back. I've had it since Sept. 2005.

Like I said...I'm pretty sure its Mittelsmirch. I checked with medical websites. So, should I still see a doc about this?

For several days now I've had pain in my wrist--it's sort of a sharp ache that comes and goes, without any particular movement involved. I don't remember twisting or falling on it recently, but I do play piano, play tennis, and spend time at the computer. From what I've read though, it's not carpal tunnel--the pain doesn't radiate, there's no tingling in my fingers, etc. Right now I have my wrist immobilized with an ace bandage, which helps the pain, but does anyone have any idea what it could be? If it helps I'm an 18-year-old female.
