Are push ups the best way to loose fat from around the arms if u have not equipment? Is it easy to loose fat from around the arms? If I do push ups will that also help like my chest area?

For a $75 massage is it appropriate to tip? I heard recently it was unethical and illegal to tip a massage therapist.
I currently tip @$12 or a little morfe if they were really good and focused on a specific problem.

I live with someone who has been diagnosed with 2 diseases. both have no known cause and no cure. They live on high doses of narcotic pain medications. bed ridden and disabled. having lived a very artistic life, being very popular with many friends and progressed to being alone and confined, dependant on me for everything. I have answered, I will do anything I can for you, but killing someone is not in my moral and ethical being. then have to watch million dollar baby, ain't life sweet?

Hello friends i m 28 years mechanical engineer from india,from 5 or 6 years i m very much scared with fear of death, the condition is such that it starts from the time i wake up in the morning to the i go to bed, i have taken alopathic medicen then i switeched over to homeopathy from last 6 moths but it is still there, what should i do? how i will come over my fera of death? pls help

This person is 32, female otherwise healthy and has seen a doctor who gave two shots of pain killers and sent her home stating they "MIGHT" have to arrange a cat scan sometime in a couple weeks if it doesn't clear up. This is BS in my opinion and would like some feedback on what could cause this and should they drive to another ER. asap please!

The first replacement surgery didnt happen as planned. My stenotic bicuspid aortic valve had stopped growing when I was a teen, however, this was unknown at the time of the surgery. The surgen had to put in a rather small mechanical valve. This has since been causing me problems, now another surgen says that he can cut away a piece of the heart to fit a larger mechanical valve. How common is this surgery? Has anyone had this done?

My therapist last week wanted to admit me to the hospital because I was telling him all the things going thru my mind. (suicide, depression, insomnia, paranoid, etc) and I told him no - scares me very badly. I have never been hospitalized for mental issues. Do any of you know what really does happen? Have you ever been hospitalized. Can you call people? can you leave if you want to? Are you a zombee? Do they tie you to the bed? Do they give you your med's that you are already on? I have thought about it since my last visit. I'm not finding any help for my mental issues. Should I tell my therapist that I will try the hospital to get the medicine figured out?
