ANY TIPS ON THOSE LOSE HANDLES

Iv slimed my tummy and thighs down by runnng

now i just have love handles
and they look gross when i wear jeans
so if you guys ahve anytips
like exercise/food to eat/ food not to eat

Cardio and side crunches and exercises or machines that strengthen and tone the back should unroll those handles. Also make sure you are drinking a adequate amount of water. Supervise what you eat because some foods may "settle" in different parts of the body for you which can make those love handles more stubborn. Anywho, hoped this helped. Toodleloo.

Do you work out at a gym? If so, there is a stationary piece of equipment that allows you to do sideways situps. This helps along with the running & a healthy diet. No beer! No milkshakes! No juice or regular soda! No french fries and avoid large quantities of anything deep fried or even fried at all.

20-30 minutes cardio everyday except for sunday.....sunday is ur rest day.
