since you have a computer, just open up a brand new document on Word and type till your hands hurt or you aren't angry anymore. start with why you are angry and tell your whole side of the story. write as if you are talking to someone who just listens. let it all out. that is what i do cuz i can't break anything. i used to do pushups till i couldn't move but then i get mad cuz i can only do ten :)
good luck to you!

anger is a cover up felling .
we become angry when we are hurt , emotional pain feels week and helpless or volnerable . anger is strong richous an powerfull and as such is easier to feel .
anger is also personal ,we are beter able to get past anger if we chose not to take things personaly .
heres an example . say your walking down the street and a complet stranger walks by you and screams "*** YOU" in your face . is this personal , no its not even about you how can it be the person dosent even know you ,and would have done the same to any other perso who walked by at that time .
often when we are treated poorly it isnt about us but about the other person, a person you have no control over . no mater how angry you get you can't change this .
circomstances can also be inferiating but there agin we have no control ,yes these things hurt but what are we to do
my advice is to go ahead and cry its a natural release ,and besides you'll feel better
hope this helps
peace

Just remember that when ANGER gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.
Just relax by deep breathing and relaxing imagery.
Or use your own humor. Call someone a name or refer to them in some imaginative phrase, stop and picture what that word would literally look like. Draw a picture of what the actual thing might look like. This will take a lot of the edge off your fury; and humor can always be relied on to help unknot a tense situation.

Anger is an ugly emotion because it's about wanting control. The ultimate act of control is murder. It happens often.
Learn to recognize that all anger is based on some kind of fear. We fear we aren't good enough. We fear we aren't acceptable. We fear we aren't loveable or worthy. We fear a particular person has recognized our hidden secrets and will spread the word to everyone else, so we hate that person - anger.
If you realize that all people are basically self-centered and not thinking about you in that way, because they are only thinking about themselves and their own feelings, you'll see whatever happened is not really about you. It's about them. Then you can let it go and move on. It is always about the other person. Only you make it to be about you in a personal way.
Recognize your fear is because you lack in faith - not always, but when the fear is the strongest - like in anger. That's when you need to replenish your faith in a higher power....something greater than yourself.....some call that God.
To get immediate relief, take a walk by yourself and talk about your feelings and try to sort through them. Ask your higher power to help you with your anger/your fear. "Please remove this fear" is a quick prayer that works for me, every time.
Also sharing a problem or feeling with a close friend helps alleviate it. The saying is: "Share a problem and cut it in half or keep it to yourself and double it."
Good luck.

i scribble all over a piece (or a few pieces) of paper. or i write (or type) until i can't write anymore. running is good too...kicking a soccer ball as hard as you can, especially if you have a chainlink fence or something to kick it to. i love serving tennis balls when i'm angry, but its hard to be at the court at the right time. call up a good friend and have them talk about something completely unrelated. read a book, play with a pet, run down your street...buy an ice cream cone...watch tv, or blast some music. i used to have a lot of problems with anger because my mom and i can't live together...i hope you find something that works

Only YOU can control your anger/moods. No one can make you angry or sad, unless YOU allow them to :-) It's a mental thing. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but yourself can free your mind. Okay, if you really need a channel to release the unnecessary energy, try some strenuous sports. My favourite is a game of squash, where I hit the ball with all my might and screaming when I hit it. It helps all the time!

I always write when I'm anger you'll be surprised how it can turn into poetry. Plus writing is letting you take out you anger on paper instead of somebody or something else.
Hope I could help!!

Get rid of anger one must.
What I do is go to a quiet place and find out what i am angry about.
Once I find out the reason why I am angry, I find a solution for my anger.
At times i also go somewhere , where i can scream and get the anger out of my system.

listen to the heaviest metal you can find....or the angriest most aggressive music you can find and like. When they are screaming or swearing their heads off, somehow your life seems a little more calm....it takes up some energy just listening to something like that.
