Three times a week. But you can skip it if you can follow this diet meal.
It`s called Super Soup.
Ingredients:-
V8 one bottle,
six carrots,
six celary sticks,
green or orange pepper,
add flavors with low calories.
You have to drink this at least for Lunch and Supper. If you can try for breakfast too. (remeber only for ONE week, then you can go for a regular diet, after three weeks again try this)
During your week you should eat fruits (avoid bananas on the first two days, you can eat any fruit) Avoid bread, sugar, corn, beans.
You`ll be able to loose up to 10-45 pounds.

I exercize everyday for at least a half hour. I want to believe in the cheat day, but after putting all of this effort into my diet, I don't want to take any steps backwards!

well it depends if you really want to lose weight and fast then i recommmend you to do it everyday, and if not then just do some activities for an hour a day and make sure that you drink lots of water and keep on eating like you usually do cause if you stop eating then that will just make matters worst ... so eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise for 30-60 minutes a day

I would say between 3 to 5 times a week, its the best, remember you will need a couple of days for your body to recover... and if you work out properly your body keeps burning fat even when you are resting....

as often as possible, but it's usually 3 times a week because muscles need a day to rest after the previous day of excercise. Its just important to stay consistant.
