Look up "Bataan Death March." That's what you're putting yourself through.
Here's a better idea: cut out all sodas, even the diet ones, and sweetened fruit juice. Drink more unsweetened fruit juice, and more water.
Try to do at least 30 minutes of jogging a day, or 30 minutes on an elliptical. As you get stronger, add time/distance, speed, and resistance.
That will get you a healthy weight loss that will stay off, as long as you keep it up. You'll look better, feel better, and be healthier.

The starvation diet does not work because it slows your metabolism down to a crawl. The best way to lose weight is to have several small snacks and meals throughout the day. This will boost your metabolism, and it's nice to not feel starved too. Make sure you get a good breakfast, or otherwise your metablolism will stay in slumber mode until you eat. If you carried out the starvation diet for long enough you would lose weight, but it is not at all healthy.

Been there done that and have the t-shirt. The worst part is the constipation, but it usually doesn't kick in for 2 or 3 weeks. Also it messes up your metabolic rate so you will become fatter from it. Initially though it works you will lose weight.

Hey, brainless one. Do you know the meaning of starvation? How's this? Prolonged starvation causes permanent organ damage and will eventually result in death. Is that what you're looking for?

I did, years ago and I lost a lot of weight. But as soon as I started eating again, I gained the weight right back.
Proper eating and exercise are the only ways to lose weight and keep it off.

I did it for the total of 19260 seconds. I lost a total of 8 oz. Probably from dehydration.

No, it doesn't work. Your body will store even more body fat and burn less of it if it believes food is in short supply.
