Try putting your bones on a diet by exercising them, drinking plenty of fluids and eating portion sizes that fit into the palm of your hand. Your bones should start trimming down within a month or so. See your health professional before starting any diet or exercise program!

yes to loose weight you should first of all have taken the decision to resist against any junk food.
the other thing you have to do is to wake up everyday in the morning and rum for more than 30 minutes at least to burn the fat you have. you should know that after 20 minutes in the morning your body starts to use the fat reserve as energy supplements and you will start hence to loose weight effectively. you should follow simultaneously a good "regime" of food ... increase progressively the level of fibers in your diet while decreasing the fat. and try to increase the intake of olive oil in the purpose of preventing any increase of LDL in you blood. and Good luck in this hard mission...

I am the same way. What worked for is jogging 2 miles every morning and doing push-ups and sit-ups. It is better to work out in the morning so you can burn calories all day long.
