Sometimes when I get up after lying down on my couch or wherever, all of a sudden my vision fades out to black for a while until I sit down. I love chocolate and I unfortunately like to eat a lot of it, so I was wondering if what I have is just low blood sugar or diabetes. Diabetes runs in my family, so could anyone tell me what the usual signs of both diabetes and low blood sugar are?

I am sexually active. I have been on birth control (Ortho Evra, the patch) for over 3 years now. My period isn't supposed to come for another 2 weeks at least. I'm just sort of worried. I'm not sure if it could be from stress, or maybe I'm just unhealthy? I don't know what could be making me cramp up like this, though. :[

When I ejaculate, I see some clots coming out along with the fluid. These clots are somewhat pale in colour and are shaped like oranges bits but can be pressed and are sticky. I feel some pain in my penis' urinal vain (I dont know whats its called though) after ejaculation because of these clots. Dont know what are these.. any help?

I am 26 yrs old, I suffer from severe headaches that come on suddenly. They ruled out migraines. I also am extremely fatigued. Recently I began my third experience in three years of getting aches and fevers at night. By morning, the fever is gone, but when the evening begins to set in, the aches begin and I know a fever isn't far behind. The first time this happened, it happened for three weeks. Doctor couldn't find solution.

i am a cutter i have not cut for 5 monthes which is a huge improvement since i had to cut at least 3 times a day every day but i recently came across a problem with my bestest friend in the world and it overwhelmed me so much i just wanted to cut to help me deal i cant go to her and tell her because i love her and dont want to hurt her and i cant really tell my husband because it hurts him when i do cut my prn meds are not working and i have been off my daily meds for a 2 monthes and stable for the most part i dont have a therepist at the moment and my question is has any one that is/was a cutter have any help or advice on how to get through this crisis with my friend and not cut or let anyone know i am wanting to thank you for the support and advice

I'm trying to gain healthy weight (muscle). I have a meal plan that I will gain 2-3lbs a week if I don't exercise. Right now I'm doing 15 minutes of hula-hooping with carrying weights, 300 total crunches(3 different types), 30 minutes walking/jogging, 20 min eliptical, 20 min volleyball, and 20 min weights.

Should I take out the 30 minutes of walking?
