Unfortunately they will stay there for few more years till fading slowly as the skin renews. Use of hydrating creams and very mild soap during bath can speedup the process of renewal.

Use sunblock when you have your shirt off, and use a vitamin E lotion to help your skin heal the scarring and fade the dark marks/redness. You could also try Mederma, which you can buy in any pharmacy. I have had some level of success with it for reducing scarring on my knees and elbows, etc. (I was SUCH a tomboy) You don't have to see a doctor for scarring.

No....go to a dermatologist for a diagnosis, it could be nothing or it can be serious, don't take any chances when it comes to your health and body. Skin cancer is increasing at a high rate....Drs are seeing kids as young as 16 with pre cancerous lesions. so go have them evaluated by a professional

Hmmmm...are they pimple scars? If they are, you could try to use that scar reducer product. They sell it all Walmart.

If it's actual pimples, then try ProActive.
