I'm trying to gain healthy weight (muscle). I have a meal plan that I will gain 2-3lbs a week if I don't exercise. Right now I'm doing 15 minutes of hula-hooping with carrying weights, 300 total crunches(3 different types), 30 minutes walking/jogging, 20 min eliptical, 20 min volleyball, and 20 min weights.

Should I take out the 30 minutes of walking?

If you're doing this every day, you're doing WAY TOO MUCH!!! When trying to gain muscle, keep cardio to a minimum because cardio, while very good for your heart, is very counterproductive to your muscle-gaining efforts. At the very least, cut out the walk and the elliptical (the hula-hooping should probably go too). Leave the volleyball because it's a more "real life" exercise that will help with your agility, balance, speed, etc.

you are only supposed to work out for a max of one hour perday!

unless closely supervised by a professional

hm.... You might want to eat a bit more so that you'll have more calories to burn. You'll also have more protien so that you're body can make more muscle.
