Your so called goal weight is far too low! Be happy with yourself. You're young so start now with a healthy lifestyle. You'll get stretch marks if you lose weight too fast. The weight you are already are is fine for your height. Seek medical help if you are obsessed about this.

Between 9st 7lbs - 10st is your ideal weight BUT muscles weighs more than fat so don't rely on weight.

Do not I repeat do not be obsessed with weight goals. You'll be carry that obsession with you for the rest of your life then.

The best way is to eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and drink alot of water and other fluids like Gatorade. Before you eat ANYTHING drink about 12oz of water or fruit juice. This will make you feel fuller than you really are. Make sure the fruit juice doesn't have any added sugar. If your body starts screaming for protien, try a little bit of tuna with lowfat salad dressing wrapped in lettuce. If you want to make a sandwich use tortillas or pita bread instead of regular bread and if you get snackish, then drink at least 10oz of water or fruit juice before you ingest the goody. This site has some very good exercises to do with a yoga ball. http://www.bindependent.com/hompg/bi/bindep/store/aisles/exercise/balls/exerciseballdo.htm Do whichever ones you can for at least 15-20 minutes every day

Confusing question, but I think you want to drop a few pounds. It sounds like you are getting plenty of exercise. Walking is great for you especially if you walk fast enough to get your heart rate up several times a week, or even daily.

Next you need to write down everything you eat. After tracking what you are eating for a few weeks you will be able to see what you should cut out.

The biggest mistake is skipping meals. You will eventually eat the wrong things because you are so hungry. Focus on lots of fruit and veggies for snacking. Lots of water for drinking. Have a salad with lunch and supper. Develop life long habits of healthy eating and you will stay healthy.

I'm 16 and need to lose weight too, my mum and dad won't stop going on at me about how fat I am =[. I think the problem is study leave! As I don't have to go to school until September now coz I have done my GCSEs I find that I am constantly snacking so my personal aims are to only eat at meal times, and not to eat too much. I try and eat healthily anyway and I always drink loads of water, I'm just hoping that it'll work for me, I can't go on any longer listening to my mum and dad moaning!

I'm a 16 year old girl and 6ft so I suppose it does show that I am chubbier because people already notice me coz of my height.

Good luck though, try not to lose too much weight all in one go, keep it gradual. xxx

there is a diet called 'lighter life', or the 'cambridge diet' and these state you can lose half a stone a week. my friend lost 10lbs in her first week. it can be pricey and quite hard to stick to, it is by proper nutritionists but you have to eat their food, which is shakes and soups. be really careful attempting to lose that amount of weight in such a short space of time. when i first read your post i thought it said 16 stone, 10 st 11lbs is not heavy for your height and i would say that 8st is far too small. my sister became anorexic at your age, it is very slippery slope, please be sensible or you'll looking like a lolly pop head and could risk your periods stopping and infertility.

that is unnatural and risky to lose 5 lbs per week. Doing so places a tremendous kind of rigidity on the body. Your purpose must be to be certain to lose 2-5 lbs a month. some months may nicely be somewhat extra or below others. pay interest to the nutritionist. be sure you ask them a similar question and they'll inform you a similar. A healthy foodstuff plan and workout bypass far. good success!

Im not sure how much that is (as I measure in kg) but YOU CANT LOSE WEIGHT THAT FAST.

Look in the mirror and slap yourself everytime you see your self as fat ugly etc. Im not kidding, seriously slap yourself. Okay dont slap yourself but every one point you make about yourself (bad points) you have to make 3 good points

Now as to lose weight only one way to do so, PLENTY of excercise, good diet and plenty of water. (also dont forget your 5-a-day)

No diet will do a magic trick, ifyou really want to lose that much before your holiday I suggest you start AFTER you've come back, until the next holiday.

Sorry for being rude.

Thats a lot to loose in a short time try joining a group like weight watchers and doing it with help and advice from the leader.
i could not have lost my weight with out them.
I was eating healthy but far too little so my body was clining onto fat and i have always kept active but could not loose the weight.
Weight loss is not about loads of excersise and starving yourself.
its worth checking out weight watchers as you losse nothing if you dont ask.
you need to choose a healthy eating plan not a diet a plan you can keep up with to keep the weight down

slim fast worked for me .I dropped 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks, but the weight did pile back on.I would have 2 milkshakes a day one AM and one at MIDDAY then I would have a very small meal around 530ish and nothing more.I never snacked and if I was hungry I drank lots of coffee.I also walked alot but you have to walk briskly to raise your heart rate.It really worked but keeping it off is the hard bit.Stick a picture of a fat ugly person on the fridge or snack cupboard and one of a slim good looking woman, thats a good motivator.good luck

Thats a lot to try and lose in that time. Crash diets are dangerous, try the G I diet, this is a senisble way to attempt your goal. Don't beat yourself up about not reaching your target in your timescale, in all honesty, it's not realistic.
Good luck
