I have type two diabetes, I'am tired all the time, 60 years old and feel 80! I have a heart murmer and congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. Life is great isn't it? I just keep plugging along, didn't feel too bad until about the last three years, and each year gets worse. So take care of yourself the best you can.

i was diagnosed as a child. i felt very different then cause "sugar free" was not as plentiful as it is today. you stood out more when you drank "tab" (1st sugar free drink or fresca) today everyone is watching their diet and eating healthy..... diabetes is not the worse disease to have in life .... you eat right and exercise... you will be fine, you might be "relying" on your diabetes for other issues you might have. i have been a diabetic for over 30 years now. hope to be around for a long time. main health issues are the diabetes..... and weight gain from insulin.... guess that is enough! talk to someone about what is really bothering you. it helps to talk.

Yes, it does make me feel very tired all the time. I have to force myself to stay up in the evening. But other than that, I don't feel all that much different. I take my pills 3x a day, avoid white bread and sugary items. Other than that, I live life. :)
