not like types of food like low glucose and stuff but actual food like lemons or apples or something

I'm not aware of anything that can help children be less energetic.

I also have a son with Autism, sensory integration, and ADHD.

I have a daughter with Asperger's Syndrome and it has been an interesting ride! This subject is a little complicated, it's not as simple as just eating foods to reduce energy. I can tell you for sure that the child will react to dairy. There is a definate connection there. I would eliminate all dairy from the diet for 2 weeks, including reading labels on bread, etc. You will see a difference.
