Don't eat all supplements, replacements and energy drinks. They provide energy and vitamins but it's not a very sensible way to eat. It's not terribly healthy either. Any nutritional plan is going to require cooking; cooking is a part of life! You don't have to cook elaborate meals, but it's not hard to take twenty minutes to whip something up. Especially something like oven made macaroni; noodles with cheese put in the oven, make it at your parents or anywhere with an oven, it can tide you through the whole week and is way healthier than boxed food.
You're pretty much going to have to cook. But getting salads and pita wraps, especially the veggie ones (yum!) are a pretty healthy way to eat without preparing something. Just don't overload the fatty, prepared dressings. Ask for a cookbook for your birthday.

The plan I followed to lose weight required no cooking, and it was easy. If you can make a shake, you can lose weight. It is a plan called Shapeworks. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using it. Here is where I got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

you already have one, although a bad one.
one thing you could do is eat more fruits and vegetables, as they need no prep. And sandwiches lots and lots of pb&j or turkey sandwhiches.
