They make their food out of beef, fish, grains, etc just like anywhere else. Their food, like all fast food, just has high levels of salt and fat because those are tastes that get people coming back for more. Of course, that also makes the food extremely unhealthy. So, yes, still unhealthy.

Micky D's will always be unhealthy. Depending on what you get. Instead of a fry's get a salad or something. I don't know what the food is made out of, can't be good. But almost all fast food ice is bacteria filled

Mcdonalds food is still unhealthy because it is mostly fried food. They do however have salads and more options to choose from.

McDonalds is still unhealthy. They try to get healthier, and name their stuff healthier names, but it is still not a good idea to eat at McDonalds all the time. Every once in awhile is ok, but personally, I never eat at McDonalds.

"Going to mcdonalds for health food is like going to a crack house for vitamins."
I don't remember where I heard that but Mcdonalds offers cheap fast food. That is what they offer nothing more, nothing less.
And you don't want to know what they make their food out of or you would not eat there again.

Yes they are still unhealthy and will be for a long time. The food they serve doesn't even taste good to me. Such a waste of money.

Anything that someone hands to you through a window wearing a funny hat can not be trusted. You can buy healthy foods for the same price as a fast food burger. It may take you a little while to cook it. It's worth the health value.

Still unhealthy and always will be. The biggest problem with fast food restaurants is the amount of trans fat you'll be eating!

They market a healthy salad....if you don't use the dressing!
Check out the movie Super Size Me. It's hysterically funny and eye opening.
I heard their milkshakes are made from plant fiber. Real chocolate? I dunno.
I always ask people, why not try out the local restaurant scene? Super unique personality to theplaces. Friendly service-- first name basis. Each with it's own style of food. Maybe even calico table cloth.
You may even get McDonalds stock to drop a penny. Big Red Ronald is doing everything it can to apppear to have a heart! Bon Apetite!
