The sperm (which long ago used to be considered tiny little men) enter the stomach and are digested by the gastric acids. The sperm dies.
The semen, however, could contain a virus or bacterial strain that could make you sick. There are several STDs that people can get from oral sex. It isn't necessary for the man to ejaculate to contract them, either.
Some examples of STDs that can be transmitted through fellatio (blow jobs, oral sex involving the penis) include:
HIV/AIDS (viral)
Gonorrhea/"The Clap" (bacterial)
Genital Herpes
Hepatitis B (viral)

If the man has some sort of sexually-transmitted disease, there is a chance you will contract it too, especially if you have a cut or sore in your mouth. Even if he does not ejaculate in your mouth this can happen due to various other reasons (e.g. pre-***).
If not, then the sperm just gets broken down in your body through your digestive system. But you should know that sperm is actually quite high in calories (strange but true).

if he had an std then there is a chance you'll get it too. nut other than that i don't think anyting else will happen because the sperm should die in the stomach acid and all you might feel is a bit queasy.

y did u put this under diseases? all sperm is is half of ur genetic code,its just genetic material,its not gonna kil u. it will only swim from ur stomach to ur ovaries.lol jp it gets killed by the stomach acid

lol i like this one. it does nothing to the person it is ingested then digested so its no big deal it is healthy for some to swallow it cause it is full of protein so go get all you want lol

It comes out the other end like everything else that goes in your stomach. There is no risk of pregnancy (if that is what you were wondering).
