How have you pinpointed that it is your uterus causing the pain. Have you ever been diagnosed or checked for endometriosis? You mentioned that your "unhealthy" what causes you to validate your being unhealthy? Life style changes can make a difference in your health, no smoking especially when your on birth control! YES, diet and exercise. Also stress causes a lot of people to over stimulate themselves with excessive use of caffeine, sleep aids, alcohol, food and a variety of other short term time bombs. You should also establish a time line from the introduction of birth control and the severity of your menstrual symptoms, they may be the source of your problem. Finally you should get a medical physical and a complete GYN check up, test specifically for endometreosis as this can be a very painful almost debilitating condition. Be good to yourself, take care of your body and be happy!

you could have a cyst, since I don't know if you're
bleeding too, it could be a number of things.
You could also have something wrong with your
cervix, there is a condition thats called Mittelschmerz, which translated means middle pain and is quite common, but only a doctor can determine this. I hope you have a yearly pap smear? See your doctor as soon as possible, don't delay......early detection of anything is in your favour. PLEASE GO. Good Luck

To me, it seems like you are ovulating. It's the right time it seems for you to be ovulating, and I get really bad pains in my ovaries around that time. Sometimes worse than during my period.
