I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I don't smell very good. I perspire like crazy, and by the end of the day I don't like to go near anyone because I'm afraid my odor is offensive. I shower every morning, wash my hair and use a body wash. I put on deoderant (I've tried many brands, but none seem to work that well) and perfume, but I don't want to douse myself with perfume because a ton of perfume on top of body odor is usually worse.

I'm looking for any suggestions to improve my body odor/perspiration problem. Thanks!

I have this very bad cold for the last 2 weeks, which caused me to constantly blow my nose. I have what is called a blocked tear duct. I have one doctor that wants to cut it open. Another tells me it might be caused by an allergy..? (So why have it cut open, when the possible 'allergy' will cause it to close again.) Anyone have any experience with this? Irrigation has been done, so there are no other problems in the duct system....
