It is a protein thing, but that is not the weakness cause in 3 days, but it is a concern. Another big cause of weakness due to lack of meat, especially red meat, is the lack of iron in a lot of the foods that correspond to a vegetarian diet. Keep your iron levels high because you don't want that weakness to spiral into anemia.

Vegetarianism isn't simply not eating meat. It is vital that you are aware of all of the nutrients and vitamins that the body needs. Protein is the major nutrient found in meat, therefore, you must research your vegetables, fruits, legumes, etc. to determine which ones are high in protein. You can also get protein from cottage cheese, eggs, etc. This is why you are becoming dizzy -- you are not getting a well rounded meal. I have been a vegetarian (not vegan) for 12 years now and I love it. I don't want or crave meat and my health has improved immensely. Your menus must be intentional.

There are things you just cant get elsewhere like you can in meat. Id suggest going low fat and only eating white meats. Beans supplement some protein found in meats. But your better off if you eat from all food groups. Take some multivitamins at a health food store will also help.

1.Vegenism (no dairy, eggs also) is reputedly the best thing for health/longevity of a human body. 2.When deleting flesh, are you taking in adequate protein from other sources? 3.Make the switch slowly, give up meat one day per week, for a couple weeks, then omit another day. 4Learn of the experiences (this is your research) from the staff at health food stores and natural grocery stores, they love to share. 5.Lastly, remember your body may simply be resistant to the change. Take it slow, after all, you may live longer, and have plenty of time!

You are not balancing your diet correctly. I am just guessing but I would look at your protein intake while you are eating a vegetarian diet. It is extrememly important that you eat enough of the right foods to maintain a balanced diet while you are vegetarian.
