Ok, I am an old dude and I have taken litterally thousands of showers. The first thing you do is wash the head area. That means shampoo hair and soap up face. Then and only then you begin to clean downwords.

Well, of course I get wet and then I shampoo my hair. Then I

stand in it and take a deep breath. i'm bad... i'll stand in the water for a good 5-7 minutes before i actually pick up the soap and do do something useful!

I let run a;ll over my body. Then a shampoo up my air rinse add conditioner and then while the conditioner is working I later up rinse the conditioner and then my self.

make sure my hair is all wet, and then i put in the shampoo, then i rinse it , then sometimes, i wash it again, then i put conditioner in, i let that sit, while i wash my body and shave, then i rinse the conditioner out, then i wash my face, then i just sit there and enjoy the hot shower.

Rinse, lather...repeat Rinse, lather...repeat Rinse, lather.....repeat.....until running out of shampoo. Why does it say to keep doing this on the bottle anyway!??
