Hi there,
where exactly is the pain located and does the foot hurt after rest or during rest period. These will help narrow down some of your possibilities. It could be plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma or arthritis. Try myfootshop.com for an article related to foot pain. It has a very extensive library to cover a variety of foot problems, it also includes some products to help with the pain. I would try this route first then seek the advise of a podiatrist if the symptoms do not clear up.

Could be a trapped nerve, a muscle strain or possible a small bone fracture.........really depends if you remember injuring it.
