Frequent urination is one of the symptoms of Type 2 diabetes. You should ask your doctor about this.

Many people believe that the definition of a normal bowel movement is having 1 movement each day, but that is not true for everyone. There is no rule for frequency of bowel movements, but the general range is from 3 times a day to 3 times a week. Less than 3 movements a week may indicate constipation, and more than 3 watery stools a day could indicate diarrhea.
A normal bowel movement is different for each person and may vary in consistency and frequency. There are, however, several indications that a bowel movement is abnormal and may be the sign of a more serious problem.
A change in bowel habits includes any constant change in bowel frequency, color, consistency, or shape of stools. This sign warrants special concern in people who are over the age of 50 years.
Urination frequency
Adults eliminate about a quart and a half of urine each day. The amount depends on many factors, especially the amounts of fluid and food a person consumes and how much fluid is lost through sweat and breathing. Certain types of medications can also affect the amount of urine eliminated.
Please make sure you have been checked for the presence of diabetes, the first sign of which can be frequent urination accompanied by excessive thirst.

NTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS ia a chronic inflammatory condition of the bladder. Its cause is unknown. "Common" cystitis, also known as a urinary tract infection, is caused by bacteria and is usually successfully treated with antibiotics. Unlike common cystitis, IC is believed not to be caused by bacteria and does not respond to conventional antibiotic therapy. It is important to note that IC is not a psychosomatic disorder nor is it caused by stress.
a urologist must follow these steps:
Take urine cultures to determine if there is a bacterial infection present.
Rule out other diseases and/or conditions that have symptoms resembling IC. These diseases may include bladder cancer, kidney problems, tuberculosis, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted diseases, endometriosis, radiation cystitis and neurological disorders.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (in males)
is a condition in men that affects the prostate gland, which is part of the male reproductive system ,bladder symptoms including an increase in frequency of bladder emptying both during the day and at night.
in any case you should visit your family doctor to rule out any infection of the bladder, and go from there,
good luck.

You may have some form of incontinence. Going any more than 4 times daily is considered higher than normal. Bowel movements, however, are not considered abnormal if they are regular. This, of course, depends on the composition of your stool. If it is watery, tarry or gray then you've got a problem. Seek your physician's advice as there are many options to treat these conditions.

In most cases it depends upon the number of times and the amount of liquids one drinks.
