im already in 37 weeks and 4 days now and i feel nothing, like pain... im tired of waiting to see my baby..

My dad found out that he has a 3 INCH TUMOR in the right side of his brain. This is devastating for our entire family, especially since we have 2 babies at home and a 14 year old daughter (me). Anyway, I've been googling it and haven't had much luck since we don't know what kind it is yet. Also everything is so confusing...

Can somebody just tell me whats going to happen? Is life ever going to be normal for us again? My dad is turning 45 next week. I know a 3 inch tumor is really big, but is it really fatal? You always see people on TV that have cancer but you never think it will happen to your family. BTW, we don't know if it is cancerous or not yet, since he is still being tested.

I have severe AC join degeneration in my shoulder. My ortho doc is recommending surgery to shorten the collar bone where it extends into the joint. I am concerned about having surgery on the shoulder where my left arm is affected by lymphedema, from breast cancer surgery 10 years ago.

I did have sex with a prostitute a lot and I didn't notice that there are a lot of sickness you can get from sex. I used a protection though but I just afraid since I am starting to know it now. About 3 weeks ago, I cut my foot on the top of a nail whils walking in my house.
I dont think there was any rust on the nail cos its indoors? however it bleed quite a lot.
I washed and cleaned it straight away with anti bactierial stuff and put a bandage on it. Its heeled up pretty well since.
Yesterday I cup my thumb on a metal tack in a draw (again indoors) wich bled too.
Im 24 and had my last tetanus shot when I was 15-16.
What are the signs of tetanus and how long after a cut is it diagnosed?
