Exercising doesn't just help you maintain or lose weight but improves your whole well being.

Your body is made from processed food and you will be doing it a great injustice if your starve yourself with just 1200 calories per day.

You are going about your dieting the wrong way.

If you don't want to exercise in public try it in the privacy of your own home.

My first question is, why would you only eat 1200 calories a day? Even a 16 year old girl, weighing only 112 pounds would have to eat more than that to survive. There's a website that you can look through google, I believe that you type in "calorie calculations" and determine how much you need in order to survive, through your age and height. Whatever that number is, subtact 500 calories. YOU NEED TO EXCERCISE! It doesn't have to be anything serious. Walking, swimming, push ups, simple methods. (Depending on how much you weight now) Listen sweety, don't KILL yourself. I doubt that you weight so much that you think that eating only 1200 calories a day is enough. Possibly 1300, even if it's only a 100 calorie difference, it's still enough. Also, this website will tell you how much protein you need, fats, and calories altogether. Try it out. GOOD LUCK!

I am afraid that 1200 calories is pretty low, it will set your metabolism at a unnaturally low rate that will make it harder to lose weight in the long run. It could trigger anorexia.Try walking 20-30 minutes a day and eating 1800 calories and see how that works.

it's a bad idea to eat only 1200 calories a day but....if you refuse to exercise, only do this if you can eat 1200 calories for the rest of your life. i say this because if you decided to cheat (even for just one day), the weight will come back very fast. only 1200 calories will drop your metabolism to the floor...so if you can do this forever, then go for it. you'll probably be skinny but you'll have no muscles...and it's actually kinda disgusting if you squeeze your arms and it's all fat.

You probably wont gain that much weight, but your body will not be toned and your cardiovascular system will never be used. Later on in life you might experience certain diseases associated with no activity. Skinny people are at just as much risk for a heart diseases as fat people. Exercising is great for your body and your mind and once your get your self started, it is easier to get up and actually go do it. Exercise!

Yes, you would lose weight. However, you are not receiving the necessary amounts of necessary nutrients. Would you rather be a "chunky" healthy person or a skinny sick person?
If you use the method of eating less and not exercising, you are in risk of other medical problems.
Stay healthy and eat right.

not as fast and your body wont be as toned and tight. depending on how much you want to lose, if you don't exercise, your skin will get flabby.
