Health - 10 July 2006

There is like a blister around the splinter and I can see a brown spot that looks almost like a scab. I think this is a splinter. What should I do? I am guessing see a doctor. What do you think?

I have a hard time trusting people,so it takes a while for me to. But after 6 months to a year,when people I meet get know me and me them. I start to trust them. Just when I do,things change too fast for me. The people that I know change in ways like this:

Only care about themselves (school,job and money,etc...)
Only care about the items. IE: Cars,etc...
Don't communicate as much anymore (Telephone,Snail Mail,E-mail,IMing,etc...)
Start to have additude/mentality of "only myself,I and me".

I understand I know and the world has a right to improve themselves like going to school or going to work,being a relationship,etc... But it never seems to end and keep on happening over,over again when from one group or another that I go to.

I'm in california, and during the summer, we have a fly problem. I dont know why or how exactly, but they find their way indoors. It's so gross!!!

What is the best way to get rid of them??

I dont like using a bug spary, It make's me really sick

I'm 205lbs at 5'11'' and up until now have been relatively active. However, I'm heading into university so my competitive hockey and football days are over, so I'm on my own. I was wondering if I run 20 minutes a night at a good pace (feel my heart working hard) if I'll be able to shed some fat here and there in a couple months time. Thanks.

I recently lost a lot of weight and i'm starting to turn into a different person. My family says I look much skinnier, and I am catorgorized as healthy now, but when I look in the mirror I see all the things people used to call me. I don't see what others see. People say I have a wonderful inside and now i have a wonderful outside to match it, but I just can't except a compliment. I have a fear that when someone special comes along, I wont be able to nodice it because of how I view myself. Is there anyone out there feeling the same way as me, or with some advice?
