Bench press works on the pectoral muscles which are just underneath the breast itself. Therefore, strengthening the pecs will make your breasts appear firmer and well-supported on your chest.

I doubt it will make any difference in size. UNLESS you get down to very low body fat and work out insanely.

Yes it will make the muscle under the breasts firm, but not the breast itself. There is not much you can do with making the breasts more firm besides using a cream with collagen elastin in it, or getting a boob job, lol.

I started out with 5 pound weights and did 5 reps of 10. You could slowly increase the reps or increase the wieght. The increase in weight and reps will depend on you. In two weeks you should see a noticable difference. I know from experience.

I have lifted for many years and that is simply not true. The amount of weight that you use and the number of reps that you do depends on what your goals are. I am a certified personal trainer - if you need more info - let me know.

it all depends on your body, if you moderately work out youll grow a bigger chest. but if you work out intensely you will burn off all your fat and build pure muscle.
