I hope to God that this is a philisophical question that you are asking. Because if you really don't know why people die then either you are like 4 years old, or you're just really stupid. The biological answer is that the body is a biological machine and no machine lasts forever, matter always breaks down over time, it never disappears (it just takes another form), but it always breaks down. When you die, your matter will be turned to dust, dirt, water, etc. A more philisophical answer would have to take in the question of if there is such a thing as a soul, and a God, and a fate, destiny, purpose, and meaning to everything.

People have been asking this for eons.
We die because our bodies wear out, or an important body part doesn't work. Thinking about it, it is amazing that we live at all. What a miricle our bodies are.
Also we are spiritual beings having an earthly experience. This body is temporary but our souls live on in the spiritual rhelm.

Many reasons. To list a few:
Some die of problems.
Some die of diseases.
Some die of disorders.
Some die of accidents.
Some die of ageing.
May be others can add more.

the body reaches it's peak and then things slow down ...why is even unknown to doctors....people die because their organs don't perform as they are suppose to,this allows for disease to creep in,our organs get tired....we are given just a flicker of life so the time you have use it well,so that life will continue

because your body can only run for so long before your parts start to wear out. they wont stay good forever. you generally age evenly, unless you get a disease or something cause then one part of you dies faster. so your body wears out, it cant support you any longer, and you die.

People die to make room for succeeding generations.
Sounds trite but when you think about it, it's true.

Adam and Eve sinned against God in the Garden of Eden. Read Genesis. Sin brought death and disease into the world. Exactly how, I don't know. www.reasons.org might help.
