i am male 20 some what healthy. any how i some times get tired of cooking and for once would like to just grab some thing out of the freezer and pop it in the oven and know i will be eating some thinghealthy.

so are there any diet mail order things for people that want to eat healthy but dont need to lose weight?

also if theres no such thing can you give me the names of some books with many tasty easy to cook (under 30 min) and very healthy meals for lunch dinner and breakfest?

also what the affect on eating non breakfest food for breakfest? i usualy eat like pizza or lagina or steak for breakfest sense i dont really like the sweetness od many breakfest foods.

My mom was just found out she has cancer. Im 13 years old i dont know what to do. the doctors say shes gonna be okay they all said shes gonna make it and i believe it caus emy dads last wife died of cancer and they said she was going to die but im so scarred i dont wanna looser her im only 13 and there are 4 other kids and i dont know what the older ones lost another mom.

I received a lot of great answers to my previous question so I hope I can get more with this one. I am praying that this doesn't happen, but if for some reason I do lose the sight in my right eye, would I need to start using Braille or since I am 34 & can still see with my left eye, should I just leave it alone. I would still want to continue reading my bible verses but I guess as long as my husband and
my daughter read them to me and express the meaning when I have a question would this be sufficient enough. I am trying not to stress over this but since it will be a couple of weeks before an eye appointment, I would like some refreshing & supportive advice. at my knee my down, both my legs bow out like 20 degrees. i am also flat footed? how would i fix this? when i was younger (15) (20 now) the doc said to ether have them broken and in a cast for 2 years or to start doing squats. well i cant do squats and thuse never did what he told. should i try to start now or is it too late to fix?

I thought my period had begun because I had started bleeding a small amount, so I put in a super absorbent tampon. I know it was stupid of me, but I forgot I had it in and left it in for way too long, almost 12 hours. But then when I took it out, there was nothing on it, so I guess my period hadn't even started and it was a false alarm. I started feeling sick not long after taking the tampon out. Could I have TSS even though I wasn't menstruating while the tampon was in? Please Help!

I think I had a yeast infection just after I gave birth to my son, dealt with that, now that's all good, but before I figured out what was going on (never had one before) I had itched the skin around my vagina raw. It's chapped, and when it starts healing it itches. I just can't seem to get over it. Can you give me a reccomendation of something to use that won't sting like the dickens, or cause another yeast infection, please? I know it can't be antibacterial cream. That will make the natural yeast go crazy. Need info please. Sick of this!!!

There is no pain or dizziness. It starts as a small cresent moon shape and looks very bright like the sun dancing on water. It increases in size as long as it last. I see it on one side or the other but never on both sides at the same time. I see it when my eyes or open and when I close them I still see it. It blurs my vision in the spot where it is but not completely in my eye. Its like trying to look thru cascadeing water with very bright light shinning on it. I never have any kind of warning when it is about to happen. No pain, only agravation. It only last from about 10 to 20 minutes and when it stops it begins to srink in size until it's gone. When it starts it is a very small cresent moon shape and gets bigger only in the middle and the points on the shape remain small. Always in a cresent moon shape. I f you can help by refering me to a web site for an eye doctor that I can ask. Or if you have had or know someone who has had this problem, Please let me know. Thank you.
