Breakfast is themost important meal of the day, if gets your metabolism going in the morning. What is most important is that you eat nutritionally dense foods. Foods with more nutrition example, pizza has more nutrition then a candy bar. It is just making the right choices. As for not wanting to cook all the time, cook one tiime during the week a lot of chicken steak whatever and freeze it, take out and reheat as needed. You can go into any Barnes and Noble and pick up 30 minuteofminute meal cook books

You can go directly to the grocery store and get some good frozen meals. Weight watchers has some, healthy choice, there are several others, they have everything from pizza to steaks, to everything, and it's healthy, with veggies included. Subway is also another good choice for lunch or dinner.
The American Heart Association has a great online cookbook, their cookbooks are excellent, I've fixed many of their recipes and trust them, weight watchers as well. If you prescribe to weight watchers newsletter online you get great information, plus recipes all the time, be sure to check out the AHA cookbook tho, the recipes are excellent.
