i know how to take care of a bruise but it will hurt for the day but better than hurting for however long you have a bruise.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS METHOD IF YOU ARE WIMPY AND WILL CRY AT THE SIGHT OF BLOOD.

first take an ordinary kitchen knife, and obtain a cup of boiling water. pour the water over the bruise and let it be for 23 seconds. if you wait too long for even one more second, you will have to feel the torture again of having boiling water being pouren on you. after waiting 23 seconds immediately apply pressure to the center of the bruise and cut a slit deep enough for the blood to ooze out. make sure you do not lose too much blood or you will faint or pass out and that is very bad. cover up the wound, occasionally letting blood drip from the wound. after you drain the blood from the bruise, only the cut has to heal. place a bandaid and you are bruise free! =)

Bruises, regardless of size, can not be healed ASAP. With it being that large it's possible she may need a doctor to look at it and make sure nothing else is damaged, as you do not mention where that bruise is located. Also, with it being that large, it is going to take longer to heal.

bruises are self healing....
it will turn green after the purple color goes away...
then yellowish then kinda reddish/pink
then it should go away...
is it in a noticeable place?
if so she will be telling people how it happened and usually they don't believe you bumped into a door....

hhaha thats stupid yet humorous. you could bounce off your mattress and land on your leg/ like the edge of your leg. or you could ask a sibling to kick you till the bruise gets greater beneficial wish this helped.

it heals by itself. a way to prevent bruises is to rub it when you get hit hard. no way to make it better.
