I've been eating and drinking lots of sugar over this summer vacation, and recently started wondering how much I could eat before I get diabetes. Obviously, I don't want to get it, I would like to know if I have to cut down on the amount I eat.
Currently, in one day, I'll drink 1-2 cans of soda, eat a handful of Mike-N-Ikes, munch on Cheetos and other chips, and eat some other various carbohydrate-loaded foods. If I need to cut back on this I'd like to know...
