If it's coming from outside, close off all your windows and doors to keep it out. If it's coming from the inside, open your windows to get rid of it.
Many electronics (laser printers, copy machines, air cleaners) produce ozone as well, so keep the use to a minimum. The ozone will eventually dissipate.

Ozone is not bad (it helps to have a better environment in your house) at the right time; even do it is a strong irritant because is very reactive always is in the neutralization process.
Ozone is produced by electrical arching and other means but for a house to be polluted by ozone something really wrong should be going on inside the house, and as anything in excess can be harmful so if you feel you have to search for the source.

-chemically attack contaminants in water (iron, arsenic, hydrogen sulfide, nitrites, and complex organics lumped together as "color"),
-provide an aid to flocculation (a process of agglomeration of molecules, which aids in filtration... this is where the iron and arsenic are removed),
-clean and bleach fabrics (the latter use is patented),
-assist in processing plastics to allow adhesion of inks,
age rubber samples to determine the useful life of a batch of rubber.
-Used in surface water treatment plants to eradicate bacteria such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium. This process is known as ozonation.
