If you take it correctly, it's like 1 percent.
But if you're late, or forget one, or skip one (or if you're ill and throw up one and dont take a replacement one if you need to) it goes up quickly.
I've known a couple girls to get pregant on the pill. But I've taken it for years, and have never gotten pregnant.

I have heard of gals missing just one pill and getting pregnant, I don't know how true that was. I never could take the pill, it made me to ill, my husband and I had a different method of birth control. I don't think I was much help. But in my opinion the pill and the condom for safe from a disease as well.

Less than 1 percent if you take the pill every day as directed by your physican. If you don't take them properly the odds go way up.

i got pregnant on the pill..i was taking ortho trcyclen lo..
there only 99.99% effective.
