at my knee my down, both my legs bow out like 20 degrees. i am also flat footed? how would i fix this? when i was younger (15) (20 now) the doc said to ether have them broken and in a cast for 2 years or to start doing squats. well i cant do squats and thuse never did what he told. should i try to start now or is it too late to fix?

go to the doctor and see what other alternatives are now... things could of changed.

It's not too late to start, and the cast is probably your best bet. I know a guy in his 30's who had this done with great success.

Talk with a new doctor. Although you might also consider various other exercises to strengthen your feet and legs.

Another thing to keep in mind: Medicine can't help you if you don't take it.

Go for a new Doctor Dude, Some one who specialised on it.
