I want to be able to gain weight as fast as possible, my only problem is im not sure how. Im a very active person so i tend to stay small, but i would like to put on 20lbs. Does anyone have any ideas?

Add more calories to your diet, but try to make them HEALTHY foods. Carbs, protiens and such. You don't want to gain 20lbs of fat, and eating lots of junk food will increase your risks of many other health problems (high cholesterol, diabetes...ect)

I would also recommend doing more to increase your muscle weight. If you go to a gym, spend less time on the treadmill and more time lifting weights. Muscle weighs more than fat and small people that need to put on weight, tend to do well when they tone their bodies rather than pack on the pounds.

It would be easy to grab a bag of chips and park yourself in front of the TV, but that's not the kind of weight a healthy person wants to gain. In the long run, that would damage your health more than it would help you.

if you eat more bread and noodles it will help u put on some pounds fatty foods but dont get addicted
i thought everyonewanted to loose weight not gain it

lol......just do what the vast majority of people do. Sedentary lifestyle, lots of junk etc. you will gain it in no time. Why would you want to be doing that though?

eat those romen noodles at least to times a day, that is what happened to mi cousin, just eat alot od junk food, and calteen bars, not diet bars

Eat a lot of high calorie foods.A lot of sweets and starches and breads.And eat between meals.

lotsa starch combination(e.g. potato and rice) + proteiin + stay longer time on couch in front of TV

i wish i had your problem... but i need to lose 20 lbs.. have you ever thought of drinking them shakes,, sport shakes and there is other kinds of shakes and you will put on the lbs...

eat ,pizza,pasta....basically anything you're suppose to watch your intake on because you'll gain weight!

exirsize less, eat more dark vedgie's and fruits
