Take calcium (with Mag & D) after meal and before you sleep. Intake food or fruit with magnesium, light exercises, relax the muscle through gentle massage. You may also try heating pad (Infrared heating helps better). Avoid drink icy cold stuff and spicy food. If you still have the cramp, you should go see a doctor.
