Okay, I'm super white and want to stay that way (I'm all Irish). My phobias are the sun and aging (wrinkles, etc). How can I best prevent sun damage and the aging thing?
1.) I just heard someone say that wearing makeup with spf in it cancels out the actual sunblock you have on underneath or that it just protects you with the makeup's lower spf. Is this true? is it best to just wear foundation w/o spf?
2.) I check labels on sunblocks for their active ingredients. I know some are better than others (Heard Avobenzone and titanium dioxide are best) and started noticing some have higher %-ages than others. What is the best sunblock that I can buy with the highest amounts and best ingredients?
3.) other than benzoyl peroxide and retinol-based things make you more sensitive to the sun?
4.) what is my best strategy for slowing the cosmetic aging process/preventing things? should i stick with lotions etc or save up and get procedures at a dr's office. I just heard of an "electrical facelift"

in lewisham last year we had over 250 cases of tb,and lewisham is about i/50th part of london so it does not take a genius to work out how bad nationally it is,so when do you think the goverment will introduce inoculations at schools for children,symptoms are same as asthma,so doctors treat for it,my daughter has lost one lung,and at 18 that was a devastating blow,and no help given regarding help,

I found out today by accident that my friend is cutting herself again. We're both 16 and she has a history of serious depression and self harm when she was 14 and she ended up in the hospital when she tried to kill herself and very nearly succeeded.

Today she was at my house and I went downstairs to get a drink. When I came back upstairs I went to go to the toilet, not realising she was in the bathroom. I walked in on her and noticed a lot of new cuts and scars on her thighs. I just walked back out, and when she came out we talked about it. She said she's been cutting again over the past 6 weeks and she knows she shouldn't be and she's trying to stop.

She made me promise I wouldn't tell anyone, but I'm really worried that she'll end up in hospital again and I don't know what to do. She'll hate me if I tell someone about it.

I had three metal fillings done a couple of days ago, one was quite big, the other two were just little ones. They're quite sensitive to hot and cold at the minute, particularly the bigger one.

This is the first time I've ever had fillings, so I don't know anything about it - how long will the sensitivity last for? And the dentist said that the bigger one was really quite deep and there was a VERY small chance it might actually need a root canal......how will I know whether it does or not?
