Actually, we know you're lying because if you weren't lying, you'd be dead right now. It's impossible to survive in the womb without a bellybutton because that's the way your mother feeds you. You'd die within a week! If you aren't lying, then go and see a doctor right away, you might have broken a world record. Don't feel like you have to join the circus, you're not a freak.

I think that's totally cool. People with "outties" are the ones who have to do the worrying. Imagine having a nipple protruding from your stomach.
You should be thankful.
Tell people that the reason you have it is you were one of the first "in vitro fertilization babies" born outside of the U.S. They won't know what the heck you are talking about. Tell them some sad story of your parents and how they couldn't conceive naturally so they needed to do "something with a turkey baster". People will think your lack of a belly button is totally cool.
I'm thinking of taking spackle and filling mine in now.
