to busy thinking sometimes things that are important other times worrying about nothing but it seems so important i have had the same problem and i have not slept for days but like every thing else it catches up with you i tell you what i have found using this computer tires my eyes out which in turn makes me very sleepy

most insomnia is over-active brain activity
for many reasons --- all individual

worry --- is a big stress factor with many people
but all PEOPLE are different and worry for different reasons about different things

it is your CHARACTER that makes YOU an individual

the more careing a person
the more they worry
the less sleep

is same also though for --- GUILT

iff you think you have done something very bad
and you still CARE
you will not sleep

1 more thing i will say

are you LIBRA in astrology chart ?

cos --- these are most concerned --- natural worriers of all
and in this reason --- is no problem at all

just live with it --- and learn to put some things aside

need far more info --- to say why YOU dont sleep
give only --- answer to question ----- major causes

in todays world there is a lot of problems with stress., no matter what type of job you have you will still have stress.my suggestion would be to consult with your doctorabout a mild form of sleep aid such as ambien or ambien cr. uou alse might try melatonin, sometimes the reason for insomnia is a chemical in the brain, and it slows down production with age,so melatonin supplements are used to replace the lach\k of chemical . they come in two fors, o.3mg. and 3mg. and can be purchased at any wal-mart so you do not have to go to a health foon store or gnc to purchase.the other thing to try is groups or classes that deal with or teach stress management.good luck and i hope these suggestions will help.

Or waking for a bathroom break, and find you're not sleepy.
If you wake up, or can't fall asleep because of worrying, set aside a time, like 11:00am that you will devote to your problems. You may sleep better knowing it'll wait til the next day.

I've had insomnia since i was a kid and the only thing that has ever helped is smoking dope! i don't worry about anything but questions like...''whats the name of that actor in so and so'' and i wonder how many times my heart will beat in my lifetime...you know totaly irrelevent s-h-i-t just goes round my head. my life is like a monty python sketch it really is!!

theres something on your mind that you need to tell someone insomia's happens wen your stressed and worried over something share your taughts with a friend the best thing is to get it off your chest and have a good nite's sleep so you can sort it out??

Doing the same thing everyday
Very bad kids
Trying to hard to get to sleep.

You should close your eyes with the light on, and your favorite music on, too.

That really works with me.

STRESS, PROBLEMS, DEPRESSION, WORRIES. YOU NEED TO FIND A HOBBY THAT RELAXES YOU. EMBROIDERY IS GREAT. EXERCISE ALSO HELPS VERY MUCH. THE IMPORTANT THING IS FINDING A WAY TO STOP YOU FROM THINKING OF PROBLEMS AND KEEPING YOUR MIND OCCUPIED ON OTHER THINGS. JUST DON'T RESORT TO PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION. THAT IS NOT A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. OH, AND SEX HELPS A LOT ALSO. IT HELPS YOU RELEASE YOUR STRESS AND HELPS YOU RELAX. TRY IT.
