I was bitten by one of these little red ants in Arizona and the pain was out of control for 12 hours. Any quick treatment for the pain?

As soon as you get bitten, put some moist tobacco on it. You won't even get a bump. If you get bitten by anything, do what I said and put it under a band-aid. If it's a very poisonous bite. Do that on the way to the hospital.

rub the wound with the tobacco from a menthol cigarette.

It draws the poison out of bee stings, might work here as well.

Perhaps a doctor if it causes that much pain. They may be able to give you a shot of something.
