Stay away from fatty foods and eat lots of nutrient dense foods, i.e. a live food diet. You had your gall bladder removed because your diet was less than ideal. Those same less than ideal foods are responsible for most of our dis-eases. The only foods we humans were meant to eat is unprocessed plant foods. Don't listen to doctors or anyone else saying it's OK to eat everything...they just do not know any better.

No problem; eat everything. If it causes you discomfort do not eat it anymore. My gall bladder was removed 5 years ago and I eat litterally everything without any problems.

The same things you would eat if you still had your gal bladder. I had mine removed years ago,and the only precautions I have to take food wise is that I have peptic ulcers, and diabetes. But other than that, you can eat the foods that you like,it does not affect that. You will be fine.

It is usually reccomended you go on a low fat diet. If you eat too much fatty food, you may end up with diarrhea.
