firstly, you need cardio exercise as much as you need resistance and weight training to help eliminate the layer of fat that is hiding your muscles. stick to a healthy diet to include fruits, vegies, berries, lean meats, and low/non fat diary. you should do crunches and find other work outs that work your core. invest in an exercise ball to achieve a good core workout. you need more than crunches or sit ups to get good abs. don't deprive yourself either. your body needs food to build muscles. good luck

I just recently read I think in Prevention that the best way for women (probably teens too) is jogging. Which sucks because I seriously need to lose my tummy and jogging hurts me.
I had really good luck doing Pilates. I just wish I could keep up on things. I think if you start doing Pilates, you'll definitely get a flatter tummy.

1) Think crunches! Do them every day til you "feel the burn".
2) Add in some kind of aerobic exercise, like bike riding or jogging or even walking.
3) Good nutrition. Eat right, and don't pig out.
Now if all that was easy, we'd all have flat stomachs. Good luck.

Do sit ups. Have him lay flat on his back, hold his feet down, and have him sit up. This flattens the stomach, and strengthens the muscles in the stomach and abdominal regain.

well baby don't hope for miracles...
but a great exercise is cardiovascular like running it will help burn all that fat accumulated around your waist line. I lost about 30 lbs. walking daily for 60 min. and carrying 2 - 3lbs. dumbells on each hand. also keep your belly tight while exercising.

EASY. NO MORE FAST FOOD. NO FRIED FOODS. NO RED MEAT. VEGETABLES AND FRUIT AS SNACKS . ONLY CHICKEN OR FISH FOR LUNCH AND/OR DINNER. LIMIT CARBS. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE HIM/HER A VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT. MOST IMPORTANTLY, LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. MAKE SURE HE/SHE DOES AT LEAST 30 - 60 MINUTES OF CARDIO DAILY (WALKING, JOGGING) PLUS CRUNCHES.
