It's good for people that aren't in very good shape to get out and start exercising but you can get much better and faster results if you workout in a real gym.

My gram got Gastric Bypass surgery and she started going to curves and with a surgery that drastic to lose weight, she really didn't lose much weight. She probably didn't work hard though because even though she was getting thinner (she never did get thin and it's about 3 years later) she was always the lazy person at heart who didn't wanna work at it. I believe it probably works if you put your heart in it and really try... just like anything does.

Yes, but you must stick to it. Go at least 3 times a week.
