I just started the South Beach Diet and I can not stick to it for more than like 1 day. it is a pretty easy diet to stick to in the first phase which is what I'm in, but I just can't stick to it! It's driving me crazy!! Any advice for a gal that can't stay away from the bad foods?

I had a heart monitor done because I was having heart palpitations. It came back fine. Does the heart monitor rule out major heart problems?

but my doctor (who is female) is wanting to rufuse treatment unless i go see obgyn, I feel i have every right to continue the shot if i choose to do so. I have researched the risks, but in my case there are some advantages as well. does my doctor have the right to refuse continuing treatment? I have been on for 3 years. I would also like professional opinions please.

I have had an extraction in the past resulting in me ending up in the hospital. I had the injection to numb the area (waste of time). Since then I have had a fear of needles and the dentist. Whenever I go to the dentist now, I am really scared to the point I start vomiting and having asthma attacks. Is there another procedure which I can have, probably just get gased or something else so I won't be awake during the procedure of filling or extraction?

I am almost 15. I am 5'7" and weigh 110 lbs. I have no armpit hair. I have no pubic hair. I have no facial hair. My penis is as big as it was when I in grade 1 (around 1 and a half inches). My balls have not dropped yet. I have a high pitch voice. This is really embarassing - especially in the locker room showers :(
