Some women gain weight during their period...I gain about 3-4 pounds, but as soon as it's gone, so is the weight.

That's just "water-weight," as some women retain more water at that time. They may weigh slightly more, crave a lot of chocolate and junk food during PMS, and be extremely irritable. Their breasts may swell and hurt, and they may have mild through severe cramps.

I feel like I gain 10 pounds every month, but it's mostly water weight gain. After the first few days, it gets better. It's called bloating...it's not pleasant. uuugghhh.

Yes, it does happen to most women most of the time. They get bloated. It isn't a good feeling, but it's not too too bad. Well, I take that back, it kinda is.

Yes because of water retention which means you gain water weight.
