I honestly dont know. But since shes really old, and old people have gas, then she probably does.

That is ridiculous. Everyone knows that is just an urban legend.
What the Queen does: She has an industrial supply of aerosol air freshener that is the EXACT same smell as her farts. Any time she is going to go into a room her aides go in first and spray the cans until the room is saturated with her synthesized stench. That way the room already smells like her farts so she can let them out as often as she wants because the room patrons are already used to it.
